How we make money

Grand Deals is free to use. We pay for it with affiliate links: when you click “Get deal” and buy something, the shop may pay us a small commission. You pay the same price.

What that means for you

• Every link to a shop is an affiliate link, and we mark it with #Ad next to the button, and every post on our channels starts with #Ad.
• Commission never decides which deals we post or how we rank them. A deal goes up because it is a good price for people in Ireland.
• We do not take payment from shops to feature a deal. If that ever changes, those posts will be labelled “Sponsored”.
• Clicks on non-Amazon links pass through our own /go/ address so we can count them. We count clicks, not people.

How deals are found

A bot scans shops for price drops. A person checks each one before it goes up, and rejects fake discounts, deals that do not ship to Ireland and anything we would not buy ourselves.
